So What Happened?

The Challenge

Run Project serves runners across Dallas-Fort Worth with 5K, 10K, and half marathon events. Visitors needed to find upcoming races, race results, series information, partners, and volunteer opportunities without getting lost in a calendar-heavy site.

The Solution

We redesigned the experience around the actions runners and organizers take most: discover an event, understand the course and series, register, review results, or get involved. The navigation and page structure now give each path a clear place.

How We Made It Easy

Mobile-ready calendars and Clear registration CTAs were built into the experience so the team can keep improving it after launch.
