01 / The brief
Affordable Housing Group sells and recapitalizes affordable housing nationwide. We redesigned the full site around the way owners and buyers decide to work with AHG. New layouts, updated cards, and animation guide visitors through the services, property evidence, and next step. We replaced Divi with a native PHP theme, built three custom plugins for property publishing, AI due diligence, and letters of intent, and automated document production and the creation of three pages when importing a new property.
02 / The experience
We rebuilt the public experience with a split homepage introduction, property collages, updated service and project cards, and layouts for the team, client results, and common questions. Animation helps visitors move through the story. The sales funnel gives owners a route to a confidential valuation and buyers a route to current listings, with services and completed transactions providing context before either action.

03 / The details
AHG Deal Navigator sits beside the property details on the due diligence page. Buyers can ask questions about the uploaded deal materials through ChatGPT and an OpenAI vector database before deciding whether to speak with AHG. Suggested questions cover affordability restrictions, loans, and capital improvements, and buyers can save their conversation as a PDF.

Full site redesign / Layouts, cards & motion
The redesign includes split heroes, property grids, team profiles, client-result carousels, FAQs, and news cards. Updated cards and animation connect those sections to the sales funnel: understand AHG, see the work, and choose how to get started.

Cards in different sizes pair property photography with the service, supporting detail, and a relevant next step.
Explore the card layouts
Consistent property cards bring location, unit count, and completed-deal context together. Regional filters help visitors find relevant examples.
Browse the transaction layout
Owners can request a valuation. Buyers can apply to review listings. Each card explains what happens next before asking someone to act.
Follow the sales pathsThe public pages explain the offer and give people a reason to continue. Property pages, AI chat, and prefilled forms then help them research and take the next step, even when the team is away. That is the job we build a business website to do.
Plan your website's sales funnelCustom development / Three plugins
We built the publishing and transaction tools into WordPress so AHG can manage the work alongside its website.
01 / BOV/OM Manager
The BOV plugin automatically creates a property sales page and landscape and portrait documents for sharing and reading. It also produces the file that triggers the AI chat setup, so the property materials connect to the next stage of research.

02 / Deal Navigator
A second plugin creates an online chat powered by ChatGPT and an OpenAI vector database. Buyers ask questions against the property documents before contacting AHG. The manager brings assigned pages, document readiness, and conversation activity into one view.

03 / LOI Manager
We rebuilt the property import process and automated the creation of three pages, including a complex confidentiality agreement (NDA) and letter of intent (LOI) workflow. LOI Manager tracks property links and draft or final versions, so the team can manage offers by property.

Connected data / Shorter submissions
The forms pull in property information, Fair Market Rent (FMR) values, and client details from Salesforce. Most of the form fills itself in, leaving the buyer to complete the remaining details and sign.

Document production / Project result
We automated the graphic design workflow with Claude. It creates the PDFs, and the team makes minor edits before delivery. A document that previously cost $300 now costs $50 to $100, depending on the number of revisions.

05 / In the experience
Full site redesign. New page layouts, updated cards, and animation support a sales funnel that works 24 hours a day. Owners can request a valuation; buyers can research properties, ask questions, and start an offer. BOV sales pages, portable PDFs, automated property imports, and NDA and LOI forms connect that journey to property data, rent values, and client details.
Your project / Next step
Give people a way to understand your offer, find answers, and take the next step while your team is away. Let's plan a website that does that work for your business.
