JK Dreaming rebuilt Cliff Mortgages on Astro after a templated platform limited the site. Reusable components support separate journeys for DSCR, reverse, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and other loan programs. The saved refinance page also includes a calculator for comparing a current loan with a proposed refinance.

The calculator asks for current and proposed loan details, including rate, term, closing costs, and payment information. It gives a borrower a concrete question to work through before requesting a quote.
