We rebuilt Cliff Mortgages’ site from the ground up, leaving behind a slow, templated platform that capped their growth. The new experience is a custom Astro build engineered for speed, stability, and storytelling. We designed a sleek interface with purposeful typography, warm gold accents, and program-specific hero moments that spotlight what Cliff does best—guiding Colorado borrowers with clarity.
Every page now runs on reusable components, Tailwind-driven layout, and structured data sourced from a central sitemap—in other words, updates no longer require wrestling with a rigid CMS. We mapped out detailed journeys for each loan program (EquitySelect, DSCR, Reverse, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and more), wrote narrative-driven copy that demystifies complex loans, and wired in analytics so the team can see exactly how visitors interact. The end result is a resilient, high-performance site that outruns the old platform on every metric: faster loads, stronger SEO, clearer CTAs, and a cohesive brand voice that finally reflects the Cliff Mortgages experience.
